One-on-one career counseling
EDEN counselors work closely with candidates to develop
career plans, observe punctuality, and identify positions that
advance the interests of both candidates and employers.

Job development and placement
EDEN job developers work closely with the business community to
keep candidates current with workforce demands and to match
candidates with openings that fit their interests and skill
level.

Follow-up services
We also provide follow-up counseling to help candidates
adjust to their new job and work environment. We also work with
candidates to refine their career goals and connect them with
the resources needed to advance further in the workplace.

There is no fee. We do not charge employers or candidates for
the services provided. EDEN is supported by contributions from
individuals, foundations, corporations and faith-based
communities.
